We breed for meat to bone ratio and less fat. Why pay for a tall and fat goat. When  all you're paying for is the bone and wasted fat. Most of our goats are strictly bred for meat. They are Boer, Myotonic , Pygmy and Spanish influenced for a more parasite resistance herd. We often have baby goats that go to pet homes /  herd starters or Property landscape management   to other farms. But our main focus is  supplying the public with a nice, healthy and meaty  livestock,  free from any antibiotics or steroid growth enhancers..

                      Our Goats don't come from Auctions !!

Farm raised goats, that are not kept in feed/kill pens. Goats are considered livestock, but in order to give you the best quality of meat and or pet. They need love, care and constant everyday human interaction during their growth stage. 

Our goats come from 3 farming  communities  in Texas. And all kept in a free-range environment  mostly on hay with a touch of grain less often.

Butcher seating area and burn rack. Or some prefer the old style  wood burn barrel, for a smokier taste.  Fresh clean water supply is always available while you process.  Bring family and friends to help and enjoy their company. Everyone is welcome to come along for the experience.
